So my wife sat me down today. She said she really had to talk to me. Uh-oh. What did I do? My thoughts went crazy. Towel on the floor? Did I pick up my socks? Did I leave the cream cheese out?

A true addition to the home like a family room addition or a patio/deck adds great appeal when you go to resell. Now, you might not recoup all those dollars that you sink in on this one. But more than likely it will provide great utility and function to the home while you live there.
 
Usually it’s better/cheaper in the long run to find a home that has additional square footage, especially if you like your neighborhood.
