Stuff came up at the house and it was dealt with fast and at what I know was a fair price charged by the workmen that handled it. For over 5 years until my dad passed away Colin took care of his house. The income allowed my dad to live in a first-class facility. When he passed and I needed to sell the house Colin took care of that also. Essentially, I can and do highly recommend Mr. Delaney as both a property manager and a real estate agent. Honestly, I don't know what more I can tell you. Note that they want to know the "year" of service, but my relationship as noted above was over 5 years, so I picked one."
