The home on Redding is located in the Mesa Woods tract just north of the 405 Freeway and adjacent to Wimbledon Village, and is one of those “I never knew this was here” kind of quiet locations in Costa Mesa. Built in the early 70’s this tract has some really lovely floor plans and is right next to Wakeham Park and has walkable access to South Coast Plaza and Metro Pointe.

This home was what’s called a “flip” where someone bought it and totally updated it and resold it. This home was beautifully upgraded with designer quality features throughout.
