Colin Delaney Quoted in Orange County Register

Costa Mesa real estate agent Colin Delaney was quoted in the Orange County Register yesterday. While it seemed as if they were looking for a “Sky is falling” kind of moment, the market is projected to stay strong for the remainder of 2019.

 

What they missed and didn’t hear me say, was that the data was a small selection and buyers typically don’t buy in December and January which is what they looked at with the sales data. March, April, and May are key selling months and the year looks to be strong again. More homes should come on the market, and we should see robust spring sales here in the Costa Mesa real estate market.
