The home was recently remodeled with all new granite in the kitchen, updated kitchen cabinets, a travertine tile backsplash, recessed lighting in much of the house, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all new kitchen hardware. When it was expanded by a previous owner, there was a large master bath added as well, and it has a very nice walk in standup shower. I know lots of women tend to like having the master bathroom have a full bathtub, but I really like the setup here with the shower and long vanity with double vessel style sinks. It’s rare to see a large master bath in this part of the inner loop.

The backyard is just the right size, and it has all new sod and sprinkler system. It even has a really nice jacuzzi on the side of the backyard, perfect for enjoying those cool Costa Mesa real estate nights.
