Costa Mesa Real Estate - Flip or Flop?

Colin Delaney October 29, 2015

Mesa Verde – Are you ready for Tarek and Christina? Here they come to State Streets neighborhood in Mesa Verde again. If you missed their last one, they flipped a home on Samar Drive in Mesa Verde also this year.

Now they are tackling a flip on Minnesota Street in the state streets. It’s a nice home, I toured it today. Look at the photos below.

I’m curious to know what you think of these flipped homes. Are you excited? Do you get caught up in the buzz because you know this home will be on TV? Do you like the product they put together? I have to say, the home is very nice. I was a little skeptical about the all-concrete look on the floors, but it feels really good when you are inside.

Do you feel skeptical about the home? Are you concerned that their contractors might have cut some corners or not done things correctly when re-doing the house? I have represented investors before who have turned over homes and that can be the first connotation of a flipped home.

Usually, the home inspection will cover items that might not be quite right. I can tell you Minnesota is a good street and lots of good people live there. The State Street neighborhood is a great little place to call home too, especially with all of its nearby conveniences.
