Why is this good for consumers or those looking for real estate locally in Costa Mesa?

 

Our results for homes are updated in real time, as opposed to what’s happening on Trulia and Zillow and Realtor.com. I mentioned in my blog last week about issues with using these sites, especially for searching.

 

What’s super cool, and a compliment to us locally, is that we are actually ahead of Zillow and all the other local brokerages in the natural results on the left, the ones that really count.

 

Why is this good if you are considering selling? Locally, over 90% of all searches for homes start online, and a very, very big piece of that begins on Google. Thinking locally, you really want exposure with a local broker who knows the neighborhoods, takes high-quality photos and videos, and has the capabilities to present a full marketing package to market your home.

 

Being at the top of the Google results is a huge way to get your home shown online. On our new listing on 2057 Phalarope Court, we had 96 unique visitors in the first three days of being online at CostaMesaRealEstate.com! That’s like having an online open house and you had 96 people walk in!

 

We continue to create neighborhood-specific pages and unique pages that look at different areas of the city of Costa Mesa.
