Mesa Verde 1st Quarter Sales 2013

The market really started its upswing at the beginning of the first quarter of this year, and some of these sold numbers don’t tell the whole story. The Costa Mesa real estate sales market really started going in late February to early March this year. There continue to be multiple offers on properties, a significant lack of inventory, and high demand from buyers looking to buy now.
 
The second quarter closing will show a huge uptick in prices. The first quarter sales were still relative deals as compared to where prices have since gone in April and May of this year.
 
Thinking of selling this summer? The timing is right to max out what you could hope to receive for a property right now. The sales market is very robust and should continue to be this way until early fall.
