Buyer optimism is way up across California, and that still holds true for those selling homes in Costa Mesa real estate. As I mentioned in my post last week, we are forecasted to see another improved market year over year for 2014.
Buyer interest remains strong, especially in these Costa Mesa real estate categories: Good deals (duh?), nicely appointed homes with upgrades, fixers at the right price, well-priced multi-family dwellings, lots/land (builder confidence is high too), and homes with large lots.
