Good News! 760 Bay is now in escrow!! Our happy sellers got 2 offers on their 1 bedroom condo in the Pentridge Cove II community to pick from.

My targeted open house seemed to do the trick - we invited neighbors to collaborate on design ideas for the nearly original condo, which got the place hopping.

We invited 400 local renters, and that got the place hopping. It was busy. So much so that the small condo was busting at the seams with people at a couple of different times.

We have inspections, and the buyer’s loan needs to be approved, we are expecting smooth sailing on this one!
