The President Streets in Costa Mesa
The President Streets in Costa Mesa is a small group of streets: Taft, McKinley, Roosevelt, Tyler, Taylor, and Coolidge. Also the streets of Buchanan, Cleveland, Harding, Grant, Garfield, Dorset and Annapolis fit into this track. Paularino Ave is one of the entry streets into the tract and is part of the tract as well. Most of the names are president’s names. Not sure if they ran our of options back in the 60’s!
The tract is bordered by Costa Mesa’s Baker street to the South, by Fairview Road to the West, and the 405 Freeway to the north. Residents enter the tract generally through Paularino Ave, Coolidge Way, or Babb Street. The interior streets are next to Palatino Park and the Paularino Elementary School. The park provides a nice, small atmosphere for kids to play or friends to meet or walk their dogs.
The homes are very convenient to local shopping like Stater Bros market, Starbucks, French’s Bakery (Yum!), and a CVS drugstore. The Hoag Health Center is also close by in the Mesa North shopping center. You are also very close to the Harbor Blvd. fast food as well as Target shopping center.

Warning: Some out of area agents won’t know the right tract identifier for these homes, so not every home will show up properly. It is best to call me (Colin) at 714-743-9882 or email me for help. You can also cross reference this against all homes in the South Coast Metro area homes for sale. If it sounds like a president’s name and it is not listed here, it should be 🙂 Happy hunting!
