Just sold in Costa Mesa real estate – 2025 N Capella Court
2025 N Capella Court Costa Mesa – Well it is clear that Costa Mesa is selling well, especially those homes that are in good condition and in good locations. This home at 2025 N. Capella Court in the Mesa Verde neighborhood near Balearic Park just sold for $720,000. The home is 4 bedrooms and 2 baths of approximately 1800 sq. ft and a lot size of approximately 7500 sq. ft.
I was fortunate enough to be the listing agent on this property and I was able to secure two great offers for this seller within the first 20 days on the market, which is remarkable considering how slow the Costa Mesa real estate market had been. 2025 N Capella Court Costa Mesa

I think the key to selling in a slower market revolves around the reach of the marketing and the consistent effort to market a property over time. The Mesa Verde neighborhood usually does well, and has consistently been one of the most resilient and safest real estate bets for a home. For those that are looking to take advantage of the current low interest rates (4.875% as of this writing), the Mesa Verde neighborhood is a great place to invest and it is an even better place to live.
The Balearic Park neighborhood in Mesa Verde is a great neighborhood. Most of the homes are two stories and are larger in size (2000 sq. ft. plus), but there are some one stories like this one I sold on North Capella Court as well. The homes are walking distance to a neighborhood park (Balearic Park) and the old Balearic School which used to be an elementary school but is now used by the city of Costa Mesa as a recreation facility for city programs. This neighborhood is unique for two other reasons: homes located on Balearic Drive have an amazing view out over Huntington Beach and west facing sunsets; some of the homes on Kornat Drive face out onto the first fairway and driving range of the Mesa Verde Country Club with its’ beautiful park like setting of tall trees and miles of green grass.
