COLIN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND FOUND ME THE PERFECT HOUSE. HE ALSO HELPED ME THROUGH A VERY DIFICULT TIME WITH THE LENDER.  MOST OF ALL HE IS SUCH AN EXPERT IN COSTA MESA, HE REALLY KNOWS ALL THE NEIGHBORHOODS BETTER THAN ANYONE.

Colin was a fantastic agent to work with when purchasing our first home. He was honest about each place we saw and constantly pointed out things to look for or issues that we did not notice. I would recommend him to anyone.

Colin was a great agent. He was patient and wise. He explained everything to us, was always available and handeled anything that vane up. He always made himself availabe to us and let us know what was happening.

Colin is a true professional that not only knows and understands the real estate market and business, but he knows how to take care of people. After attempting 3 times over the last 5 years to start searching for an investment property, I found Colin who took the time to listen to what I wanted to do and lined up properties meeting my criteria. Other agents had simply put me on mailing lists with lots of properties that I had no interest in. He notified me of new properties that had just been listed, made suggestions, and played interfererance when I had issues with the bank.

Colin is fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about him. My family was in a complicated situation, both our parents passed away in a short period of time and we had to deal with the estate quickly. I had a family member living in the house that was ill and resistant to the sale. Colin was so diplomatic and calm and kind that the family member was won over in a matter of minutes of meeting him. It was a difficult situation that Colin difused immediately, and he manuevered the escrow period brilliantly. Every step of the way, he went above and beyond the call of duty (even finding the family member a new place to live and handling the application process without charge). And I believe he really gave us sound advice and we made a very strong sale. I would use Colin again in a heartbeat. He is the best.

Colin was very professional and was always quick to respond to my many questions over the phone as well as email. He was patient and helped me successfully close on a complicated short sale while keeping me informed and educated during the whole process.

Colin listened to our needs and offered recommendations based on what we were looking for. Made us a priority throughout the entire process and keep us well informed on what was going on. Was aggressive with the other party when we needed him to. Never thought we would be in our dream house, and Colin made it happen. A true professional. He found just the right home for us, so much that the home we bought was not even on the market. Very insightful and understands the real estate market.

Showed me properties which met my needs exactly. Coordinated with the selling agent to expedite my moving date. Couldn’t have done it without his help. Great job!
