It’s funny, I always tell folks when they are looking at homes in Costa Mesa real estate there is no perfect house. Ever. There is always a bathroom, or a kitchen, or a master bedroom that is too small.

 

 

So this interesting infographic to the left just came out citing how many folks tackle a remodeling project in Costa Mesa real estate in the last year.

 

More than $18 Billion was spent on home remodeling in this year’s period. Wow! What’s interesting to me, as we came off of the great recession, is that 75% of homeowners have jumped back and done projects. And not just little projects. Kitchens. Bathrooms. Big ones.
