This is one of the smallest Mesa Verde communities.  There are only 22 total condos in the community, and they seldom come available to the real estate market.  If one is available it will be at the bottom of this community page.

Floor Plans

These homes are great!! Especially if you are looking for a larger style townhouse.  There are two floorplans, one with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that is approximately 1610 square feet with a 2 car garage, large kitchen and family room, and two good sized bedrooms upstairs.

The other floorplan also features 2 bedrooms and is approximately 1753 square feet with the same features as the first 2 bedroom model.  I would have to say that these are my favorite townhomes on this side of Costa Mesa.  These floorplans are simple excellent.

The community has association dues of course, but with only 22 units in the  complex it is a very comfortable group of homes.  The grounds are manicured with mature trees, some grassy areas, and one side of the community has a nice view across Fairview Park and into Huntington Beach and off in the distance you can see Catalina Island on a clear day.

The community also features a sparkling pool and has a spa as well. Sunbathers- great pool to take in some rays or BBQ on a sunny day!!

Location

The townhomes are located on the corner of Adams Avenue and Placentia Ave, just up the street from Estancia High School, Estancia Park is across the street, and the Diego Sepulveda Adobe historic site is across the street as well.
