If you are wondering how much experience I have, good question! I have been practicing for almost fourteen years now, and for the last 10, I have held my broker’s license and have been the owner of GateHouse Properties. My resume speaks to all of the transactions I have done, and believe me, experience goes a long, long way when things pop up in the middle of a transaction.
I have lots of experience in the following Costa Mesa neighborhoods: Mesa Verde, Halecrest, the South Coast Metro Area, Central Costa Mesa, and certainly in Eastside Costa Mesa.
I have overseen more than 500 property sales in the past years and sold more than 200 of those here in Costa Mesa. So yes, I am an experienced Costa Mesa Realtor.
