Just sold in the Mesa Verde area inside the prestigious Inner Loop, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home sold for $630,000 to a family who saw the value in this home and this beautiful part of the Mesa Verde Inner Loop neighborhood in Costa Mesa real estate.


Layout & Details

This home was a single story layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  This layout is really unique in that it has a master bedroom and bathroom over to one side of the home (almost like a separate master wing) and two good sized bedrooms on the other side of the home with a separate hall bath in between them.   There was a large living area that can very much emulate an open floor plan concept so popular in today’s building style.  It has completely open space to the dining area which featured large skylight which really helped to illuminate the center of the home.

Backyard

If you want an entertainer’s backyard, this could definitely become the one!  There is a huge pool that could be described as oval or kidney shaped, and this has got to be the way to enjoy a sunny day in the backyard of this Costa Mesa real estate. This home is unique partially because it backs to a part of the Adams Elementary School which can really be nice all summer long when no one is around and there is no noise behind your yard.  There is still plenty of room in this backyard to plant grass, or even add to the patio and create a backyard oasis or bar.

This is such a great Costa Mesa real estate floor plan – in fact, the Mesa Verde Inner Loop area has one of the best group of floor plans especially if you are looking for a single story layout.  The seller here took a unique approach to downsizing which we will cover in some upcoming posts about seniors wanting to downsize or take advantage of existing Orange County propositions 60 and 90.  My seller moved on with lots of cash in her pocket, moved her existing tax base, and found a great condo in a beautiful retirement community of Landmark in Huntington Beach.
