The Mesa Del Mar Neighborhood is quintessential Costa Mesa. Older, single story homes in neighborhoods with wide streets and friendly people.
Mesa Del Mar Neighborhood History
The neighborhood was built way back in the early 60’s when these homes were built around 1963 and 1964. Costa Mesa at that time was going through a construction boom with neighborhoods in the State Streets and Mesa Verde neighborhoods being built after College Park and Halecrest successfully sold out in the late 50’s and early 60s.
Convenience
