I can’t believe I never posted this earlier! This sale happened a couple months ago but somehow it slipped my radar on posting it to update everyone. This is a three bedroom home that I sold in the College Park neighborhood for $465,000. It is probably the best floor plan (in my opinion) because this model has the largest bedrooms and ample family room, a huge dining area, and a good sized kitchen.

This home had a completely remodeled kitchen, and both bathrooms had been updated. The master bathroom is another great part of this floor plan because it is so large and you can really do a lot with the space when you remodel this area. The master bath shower featured travertine tile and had been rebuilt so it was a full shower rather than a small walk-in like is found with the original build to this model.

The cul-de-sac giveth, and the cul-de sac taketh!! In this case, we wound up with a selling price just slightly under other recent sales because this location sided right next to Fair Drive in Costa Mesa. Some people perceived the home to be in a bit of a noisy location, but once you are inside the house you notice how the newer double paned windows and sliders really knock down any noise that is outside.

Of course anyone looking for a little trafficked location would certainly want to be on a cul-de-sac, and this Costa Mesa home sits on the absolute end of the cul-de-sac, which is really optimal for parking and using more of your property. In fact, if you have kids it is really the ultimate because you can use that space for riding bikes, playing ball, or a hundred other games only kids can dream up!
